401 Unauthorized

Possible reasons:
The current device hasn't installed a certificate or the certificate has expired.

Solutions:
1. If your current device doesn't have a certificate installed, please install one first. Installation path: OA->IT->Client Certificate->Apply for New Certificate
2. If you've already installed the certificate and still can't access the website, try closing and reopening the browser completely.
3. Contact administrators
